I was born and raised in a small town in southwest Minnesota called Ivanhoe. The youngest of nine children, I was raised to be an honest, hardworking individual. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree from South Dakota State University and my Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minnesota. I have been enjoying practicing in Rapid City since 2003. My husband is a pharmacist at Rapid City Regional Hospital and we have two children: Braeden and Kaitlin. I am an avid runner and golfer. I love what I do! I am excited to help people and make them feel better! I am fortunate that I love my work and love the people with whom I work. My motto is to always do the right thing. You will hear me say this often in the office. My pledge is that I will always do the right thing for you and your family in regards to your and their health. Our office is both friendly and warm, and we try our best to make you feel at home. We have wonderful service, and doctors and staff that really care about our patients. I have served on the South Dakota Chiropractic Association Peer Review Board for 10 years and currently serve as the Chairman.
Techniques I use are diversified (often called manual), activator, Thompson drop, and flexion/distraction.
